It sits comfortably because of the supportive polyester-spandex blend. It hugs the bodice and releases into a playful skirt that swings when you walk.
Styled in photos on my usual tattooed alt model with a medium neon yellow belt, teal and bright red split-dye hair, and layered silver jewelry to tie the neon pop together. Belt and jewelry not included, shown for styling.
